1. Curses. Tomoko can and will cast curses on people. This involves a wispy, black "smoke" coming off of her body and sometimes floating clouds of skulls.
1b. THAT SMOKE IS JUST HER AURA! She shows it off when she curses. It has been known to change color on mood, but that's suuuuper rare.
2. Mind reading. Sometimes it seems to be more like an empathy thing -- she can tell when someone is "feeling" something, and sometimes she can tell when they are thinking something.
3. She can also find things and people like a dowser, and knows plenty of witchcraft to terrify people.
